Your purchase is backed by our 30-day return guarantee. To return an order, call us at 1-877-628-9913. Returns need to be made in new, never installed and unused condition along with all product literature, original packaging materials and blank warranty cards.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and a return shipping fee. Please remember that incurred shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable. All sales are final on overstock, closeout, installation parts and clearance items.
Tempur-Pedic Mattresses - 90 Day Sleep Trial: Please Note: It can take approximately one month to adjust fully to a new mattress, and during this time, the TEMPUR-Material™ will also begin to soften and better conform to your body shape. For these reasons, we ask that you sleep on your new Tempur-Pedic® for at least 30 nights. If you still don't love your new mattress after that time (but within the first 90 days of purchase), please call us. We'll work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to resolve the issue, we'll take the mattress back and refund your money (minus the return shipping fee)
Tempur-Pedic Foundations + Ergo Power Bases - While we do not accept returns on Foundations, TEMPUR-Ease® and TEMPUR-Ergo® Power Bases, and TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Bases, we stand by their quality with compelling warranties.
Tempur-Pedic Pillows, Mattress Toppers + Accessories. Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment
Delivery Policy
Fully inspect your packaging and item(s) before signing for and accepting delivery. You must note any packing damage and damage to the item(s) on the delivery form and call us within 24 hours to report at 1-877-628-9913 so that we can make arrangements for a return/replacement (at no cost to you). Do not install or use the item. Damaged returns need to be made in new, never installed and unused condition along with all product literature, original packaging materials and blank warranty cards. US Appliance is not responsible for any damage not noted and not reported within 1 business day.
Please be assured that all appliances come with the original manufacturer warranty. So any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and won't need to be returned. We will be glad to assist you with any warranty concerns.
Cancelling an Order
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours as long as the item(s) have not shipped.
Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 2% restocking fee as long as the item(s) have not shipped.
Any orders cancelled after they have shipped could be subject to a 10% cancellation fee plus any incurred shipping expenses.
Manufacturer Warranties and Repair
US Appliance is an Authorized Retailer for every brand we sell. All new appliances and other products come with a manufacturer warranty. Refer to your owner's manual for warranty details. To obtain service under warranty please contact the manufacturer directly.
