I was hesitant at first to buy Appliances online. However, the customer service representative helped me through this experience and everything turned out perfect. The delivery drivers were professional and everything was packaged well. Communication with US appliance was excellent. I would definitely recommend to friends to order again.

It was easy to find the refrigerator I needed, get the matching freezer, and (best of all), I called customer service twice and both times the call was answered after only 1 ring by a US based representative that answered all my questions effectively.

Frigidaire is refusing to repair inside oven finish came off because it's past 30 days. This is a defect in the finish. There's no way it should come off from cooking in it. They do not want to know nothing so I had to dispute with my credit card.
