Smart control

Concentrate fully on cooking: With Con@ctivity 3.0, your ventilation hood always knows exactly what to do. When the cooktop is switched on or off, the ventilation hood reacts automatically, adapting the suction power to what’s happening on the cooktop and thus maintaining a pleasant room climate. The appliances communicate with each other via Wi-Fi. Con@ctivity 3.0 allows you to integrate the ventilation hood and cooktop into Miele@home.

Our PowerFlex cooking zones are incredibly versatile, and can be used for a wide variety of applications with no problems, no matter whether you’re using individual pans, large pots, or oven dishes. You can also save a great deal of time with a booster power of up to 7.3 kW, used to heat food with unrivalled speed.

With our versatile system, the induction power can be distributed as needed or focused on just one cooking zone. 

For greater convenience

With the convenient Stop & Go feature, all cooking zones can be reduced to power level 1 at the touch of a single button, allowing you to leave the cooktop unattended for a short time. The automatic keeping-warm function keeps food at the perfect serving temperature. Another plus: When you set the timer, the cooking zone switches off automatically after this time has elapsed. The recall function also saves your settings for 10 seconds.

Simply place the pan and start cooking

All you have to do is switch on the cooktop – if cookware has already been placed on a cooking zone, the corresponding control element is activated automatically, so you don’t need to start the cooking zones manually. And to provide additional energy efficiency, the appliance also automatically detects the size of the pan.

Easy control with SmartSelect

With SmartSelect, it’s remarkably easy to adjust power settings and timings in no time. Each cooking zone is controlled by a numerical display with yellow backlighting, which is easy to read from any angle. What’s more, the three-digit timer is much easier to set thanks to SmartSelect, which allows you to select the timer and the safety shut-off separately.

For greater peace of mind

Providing the best protection in any situation, the system lock protects you against unauthorized or accidental switch-on. If a cooking zone is operated for an unusually long time at the same power level, or if there are no pots or pans on the cooktop when it’s switched on, the appliance switches off automatically. Another useful feature is the residual heat indicator, which reminds you not to touch the cooking zones when they are still hot.
