The 24" Gas on Steel Cooktop from Fisher & Paykel comes with 4 Burners, the auxiliary burner with 3,500 BTU, mini wok burner with 11,500 BTU and two semi-rapid burners with 8,500 BTU. With the Electronic Ignition, you will not have to stand pilot as the stove is ignited and the Auto-reignition will guarantee that the stove will reignite in the event the flame goes out. The Innovalve™ technology is designed to allow for a 180 degree gas valve rotation adjustment for accurate temperature control, compared to the 70 degrees in most gas cooktops. With an Easy Clean Cooktop Design, Quick Component Removal and the Spill Containment of a quart gallon, you will have an easy time for the cleaning to provide a safe and stable cooking surface.
